After 10 years sweating her ass off on the line in some of the city's best restaurants, Ivy Knight now writes about the food scene for various publications, among them the Globe and Mail, Toronto Life, City Bites, the Toronto Star, eGullet, The Mark News, Yonge Street and Good Food Rev

In her 5 years as a freelance writer she's interviewed some of the world's greatest chefs, including Jacques Pepin, Vikram Vij, Michel Roux, Anthony Bourdain, Jamie Kennedy, Lynn Crawford and Michael Smith as well as food personalities
