Ivy Knight

After 10 years sweating her ass off on the line in some of the city's best restaurants, Ivy Knight now writes about the food scene for various publications, among them the Globe and Mail, Toronto Life, City Bites, eGullet, The Mark News, Yonge Street and Good Food Rev. She also has a weekly brunch column, The Morning After, in the Toronto Star.

In her 5 years as a freelance writer she's interviewed some of the world's greatest chefs, including Jacques Pepin, Vikram Vij, Michel Roux, Anthony Bourdain, Fergus Henderson, Jamie Kennedy, Lynn Crawford and Michael Smith as well as food personalities 
Ruth Reichl, Kevin Brauch, Calvin Trillin.
